Find Your Perfect Artistic Getaway

Looking for a creative holiday that suits your personal interests and learning goals?
Our Creative Holidays in France offer plenty of flexibility, so you can focus on the art forms you’re passionate about.
For instance, if you’re eager to learn botanical drawing but can’t attend the dedicated week,
you can still join our other drawing and painting sessions and master the techniques of botanical art during those weeks.

When to Choose an Acrylic and Watercolor Painting Holiday?

The summer holidays are the perfect time for you to take a break.
You prefer to start painting right away.
Acrylic and watercolor painting are a good fit for you, or you’re interested in learning to paint with one (or both) of these mediums.
You enjoy exploring different painting techniques and the possibilities they offer.
You enjoy having endless possibilities for subjects to paint.
You like to spend more time exploring and painting a single subject.
You find inspiration in discussing each other’s work and learning from one another.

Urban & Rural sketching is Perfect for You if:

June or September are the months you’d like to enjoy your holiday.
You find drawing nature or buildings fascinating (or would love to learn).
The idea of sketching in different locations appeals to you, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Najac.
You’d like to learn sketching and/or watercolor painting techniques.
You love using color in your drawings, but also appreciate sketching with graphite, fineliner, or ink.
Drawing in a sketchbook is something that truly appeals to you.
The idea of all participants sketching the same sort of subject and seeing how everyone interprets it inspires you.

Choose Drawing and Painting from Life if:

The period when you can enjoy your creative holiday is flexible.
It’s not that important to you what subject you draw or paint.
You enjoy having the freedom to choose what to draw or paint during the lesson.
You’d like to learn (more) drawing and painting techniques.
You find joy in experimenting with different drawing and painting materials.
You like (the idea of) working with an easel while drawing or painting.
You find it inspiring to see and discuss both your own work and the work of others.
